Criminal and Family Paralegal

Lena Sawan is a dedicated family and criminal law paralegal with a strong academic foundation and practical experience supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging legal matters. She graduated from the Paralegal Program at CDI College in 2021 before earning her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, graduating in December 2025. She is currently completing the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process as she works toward becoming licensed in Canada.

Lena’s focuses primarily on Family Law and Criminal Law. She assists with a wide range of family law matters, including divorce applications, parenting and decision-making arrangements, child support, separation agreements, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, guardianship matters, and other family-related proceedings. She also works closely with the firm’s lawyers on criminal matters, assisting with file preparation, disclosure review, court materials, client communication, and trial preparation.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Lena is proud to serve clients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and client-focused approach, Lena is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional support while helping clients navigate the legal system with confidence.
